Email Required, but never shown. Editing the registry key as described resolved the problem of not being able to directly open a PDF.
It appears that the suggested ‘fix’ for this issue is not something for a layman to dabble in — as a result, the ‘fix’ is quite worthless. Windows 10 latest Microsoft update.
Problems with Winedt 7 and Adobe Acrobat?
We are using Adobe Acrobat Professional 9. It seems to be hanged forever and finally pops an error window “Fatal Error – Acrobat failed to connect to a DDE server”. Will confirm as soon as available. I ran repairs and not help. Don’t guess, search, or poke around!
