I am working on a fillable pdf form and need a page or two with six openings or boxes to be able to insert pictures into, and with fillable text boxes below the picture “box” to describe what is in the pictures.
I have been trying to cobvert this using Adobe Acrobat X Standard, with no luck, and have just filoable a subscription to Adobe DC.
So far, I have been unable to figure out how to create this type of page. Is it just you, with Acrobat, that needs to add the pictures, or will Reader users be expected to use the form?

The Best OmniForm® Replacement – FormDocs Forms Software
This is to be a blank “picture page” for home inspectors to add about 6 – 12 pictures for each report that they send to me. All of our inspectors have either Acrobat or other PDF creating software, as they routinely convert Omniform documents or Word documents to pdf. I have a fillable form that one of inspectors was using, that he got from another source not us that has the picture pages set up exactly the way we want them to work; ominform, whoever created the omniofrm apparently locked the form, so that I cannot remove the picture pages to attach to another form that we use and still have them work the way they did before.
I will attach the form we already have, in case it explains what I am looking to do better than I have been able to explain. That gives me an idea of where to look and what to try.
FormDocs replaces Omniform®
I am actually recreating the form that I sent you, using Acrobat, because I could not edit the “original” omnifodm and there were a few minor glitches that I wanted to eliminate, but I was stuck on how to create a fillable picture page. I’ll use your information to see if I can make it work.
