Harley Davidson Sportster Xl Wiring Diagram – Wiring Schematic Data
Currently chasing down wiring problems on my shovel. I am somewhat new to bike building and completely new to Harley’s, I currently have a XL that I am planning on sporgster a swingarm chopper. Same thing for the headlight The objective is to connect the wires to the bike in a way that it is not altered, this means it can be undone. Furthermore, there will be an extra connector that with a MAX or similar, will allow us to broadcast messages from the J data bus to the computer and to use it as a datalogger.
As you see, a 2A fuse was also included to protect the bike in case an internal shortcircuit. It allowed me to test new code improvements very easily. You should purchase gapped, Harley-only spark plugs which usually come with a gap of ,th of an inch. Write down the wire color and locations in case you get called away from the project. My buddy said that there was something different about the bike because the jugs looked like his 93 Softtail. I got rid dagidson the horn and turn signals so I wasn’t worried about those. He put new bars on his 93 softtail and every nice day harlfy is out riding it while my bike just sits. He owes hharley big time for paying some electric bills when he was broke. We got chrome 14’s and original turn signals, new controls, and a new rear taillight.
